When you get to the folders just right-click on files and choose Save Target As..just save to your hard drive. Then make sure to put the .xxx (ie. .abr) file into your Photoshop presets folder and then you can load them in from the brushes palette flyout menu or the preset manager within Photoshop. ie....
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS\Presets\Brushes (or \Styles, etc.)

.CSH is custom shapes, .ASL is layer styles, .ABR is brushes, .PAT is patterns
